UNBOX is a premium coworking and workspace community based in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. We offer hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces and virtual office solutions for startups, SMEs and enterprise teams.
We currently operate across multiple locations in the UAE (Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JLT) and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh King Fahd Road, KAFD, Jeddah). Visit our Locations page for full details.
Our community spaces are open Sunday to Thursday, 8am – 8pm. 24/7 access is available for dedicated desk and private office members on selected plans.
Absolutely. We offer free guided tours at all our locations. Simply book a tour through our Contact page and one of our team will show you around at your convenience.
We offer Day Passes, Hot Desk Monthly, Dedicated Desk Monthly, Private Office (monthly or annual) and Virtual Office plans. Each plan includes high-speed internet, printing, lounge access and community events.
Hot desks and day passes have no minimum commitment. Dedicated desks require a 1-month minimum. Private offices are available on 3-month, 6-month or annual contracts with discounts for longer terms.
Yes. You can change your membership plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades are applied at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. We have dedicated enterprise packages for teams of 5 and above, including custom private office builds, branded spaces and dedicated account management. Contact our team for a custom quote.
All memberships include high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, printing and scanning, ergonomic furniture, unlimited coffee and tea, lounge and kitchen access, mail handling, regular community events and 24/7 security.
Complimentary or discounted parking is available at most of our locations. Availability varies by site — please check your specific location page or contact us for details.
Yes. All our spaces include private phone booths for calls and focused work zones with noise-cancelling environments. These are available to all members at no extra cost.
Multi-location access is included in our Dedicated Desk and above plans. Hot desk members can add location credits to their plan for a small monthly fee.
Meeting rooms can be booked online through your member portal, via the UNBOX app or by contacting reception. Non-members can also book meeting rooms on an hourly basis — contact us for pricing.
All meeting rooms include 4K display screens, HDMI and wireless screen sharing, high-quality conference cameras and microphones, and whiteboard walls. Catering can be arranged on request.
Yes. You can bring external guests to any booked meeting room or event space. Our event spaces accommodate up to 150 guests and can be configured for workshops, product launches and corporate dinners.
A virtual office gives your business a prestigious Dubai or Riyadh address, mail and package handling, a local phone number with call answering, and access to meeting rooms on a pay-per-use basis — without renting a physical desk.
Yes. Our virtual office addresses are accepted for company registration with Dubai DED, DMCC, DIFC and relevant Saudi Arabian authorities. We can provide supporting documentation upon request.
Setup is typically completed within 24–48 hours of signing your agreement. You will receive your business address, mail handling instructions and phone number by email.
